Heavy Equipment Operator


As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your primary role will be to safely and efficiently maneuver these machines to complete construction projects in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment before and after use, reporting any malfunctions or damages, and performing routine maintenance.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Proficiency in basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as oil changes, refueling, and greasing
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages immediately
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate completion of projects
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to all safety protocols while on the job site
- Maintain a clean work area at all times

Salary: $1700 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania - preference for Indian nationals but open to applicants of any nationality who are able to speak English fluently.

Employment Type: Part-time with potential for full-time hours depending on project needs.
