Office Assistant
We are a reputable company based in Dubai and we are currently seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Create and update documents, reports, and presentations as assigned
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare expense reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Dubai
