Head Chef


We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our restaurant located in Muharraq. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and delicious meals every time they dine with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other employees
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or improve existing ones
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and plating methods

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institution preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Excellent time-management skills to ensure timely delivery of dishes without compromising quality
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
$1600 per month (tax-free) + benefits including accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, annual leave, flight tickets.
