Head Chef


We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at our restaurant located in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that meet the restaurant's standards and appeal to customers
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high quality standards
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments to recipes or menu items as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus while also maintaining traditional dishes
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with other staff members
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
