Office Manager in Acre, Egypt
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Acre, Egypt. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. You will oversee administrative tasks, budgeting, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have previous office management experience, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and organizing files
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Perform HR duties such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, and managing employee relations
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities effectively
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Plan and coordinate company events or meetings as required
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by employees or clients in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with budgeting and financial management preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary: 1400$ per month
