Administrator for Canadian Company in Ashdod
We are a Canadian company with a branch in Ashdod, and we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the office
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents
- Communicate with clients and partners via email and phone
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record keeping
- Provide general support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of French is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Canadian citizenship or valid work visa for Canada preferred
