Senior Architect vacancy in Vianden Luxembourg

Senior Architect (Indian Nationals Only)



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vianden. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals who have a strong background in architecture and are looking to take on a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop designs that meet the needs and budget of each project
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other related software
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Additional benefits such as accommodation will be provided.
