We are hiring a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of individuals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As the Teamlead, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and leading a team to achieve project goals
- Providing guidance and support to team members
- Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure project success
- Conducting performance evaluations for team members
- Resolving conflicts or issues within the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
