A tech company in Medina is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for our products and services. This is a full-time position, open to candidates of all nationalities, with a salary of 1600$. English proficiency is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and easy to use
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
