Job Title: Construction Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all costs are properly estimated and controlled
- Source and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee the work of contractors to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all projects
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Kaunas, Lithuania
