Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project team
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including cost management, scheduling, quality control, and safety
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage contractor relationships and resolve any conflicts that may arise
- Procure materials and equipment needed for projects within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kaunas (this is a preference but not a strict requirement)
