Merchandiser Assistant


As a Merchandiser Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of product assortments for our company in Albena. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies to optimize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
- Create and maintain product databases, including pricing information and product descriptions
- Prepare reports on product performance, sales data, and inventory levels
- Assist in creating visual displays to showcase products effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising or retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
