Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, developing project plans and schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are completed on time.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and construction workers.
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Oversee the hiring of new workers when necessary.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will not be provided.
