Job Title: Merchandiser for Canadian Clothing Company in Kaunas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our Canadian clothing company in Kaunas. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the purchasing, production, and delivery of our clothing products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop new products
- Analyze market trends and consumer demand to determine product assortment
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct store visits to analyze sales patterns and make recommendations for product placement
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid biometric passport

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a full-time position based in Kaunas. Accommodation is not provided.
