Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Siauliai. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and achieve targets set by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in sales
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
