Baker (English Speaking) in Al-Khor, Canada or Kenya


We are currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Khor, Canada or Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and monitoring the baking process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batters
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor the baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, toppings or other creative touches
- Ensure all products are presented in an appealing manner for customers
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean and adhere to food safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role (2+ years)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Excellent attention to detail for decorating finished products
- Good physical stamina for standing long hours in a hot environment
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts or weekends/holidays if required
- English language proficiency

Salary:
1400$ per month

Al-Khor, Canada or Kenya (preference for English-speaking candidates)
