Construction Manager

We are a reputable construction company in Ar-Ruwais seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities on-site. You should have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and scheduling software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais (Accommodation provided)

Preferred Nationality: Canadian (open to other nationalities as well)
