Entry-Level Collector in Nairobi, Kenya

We are hiring an Entry-Level Collector to join our team in Nairobi. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding debts. You will be required to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with debtors.
- Keep accurate records of all collection activities.
- Resolve any issues or disputes related to debt collection.
- Report on collection activities and progress to management.

Requirements:
- Egyptian national preferred.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Must have a biometric passport for travel.
- No previous experience required, training will be provided.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
