Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Egypt. Your primary focus will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote or onsite technical support to clients in Egypt
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software for clients
- Educate clients on proper use of technology and provide training when necessary
- Document all technical inquiries and resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates
Requirements:
- Egyptian national residing in Herzliya or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1+ years of experience in technical support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Experience working with remote desktop tools is a plus
