We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Sofia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in different buildings and facilities. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, including free visa and ticket for those who are not currently located in Sofia.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and patching holes
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs or maintenance from building occupants
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
