Sales Manager - Malayalee Community, Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our multinational company in Vilnius. As a member of the Malayalee community, you will have the opportunity to lead sales efforts within the community and develop strong relationships with potential clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to reach out to the Malayalee community in Vilnius
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking events, social media, and other marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Must be a member of the Malayalee community in Vilnius
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual
