Sales Manager for International Contract Sales (Egyptian and Kenyan Candidates Welcome)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic international sales team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in Egypt and Kenya, as well as other English-speaking countries. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in assigned markets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an international setting
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $900 per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Applicants must hold a valid biometric passport.
