Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in Muharraq and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus, answering any questions they may have
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, making sure orders are correct and complete
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and be able to make recommendations based on customer preferences or dietary needs
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and other service areas
- Assist with set up and breakdown of tables for service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple tables at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
