Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used for loading and unloading materials at various job sites. This includes but is not limited to operating front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, and bulldozers. You will also be responsible for inspecting equipment before use and reporting any maintenance needs or concerns to management.
To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of heavy machinery operation and maintenance techniques. You should also possess excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to effectively maneuver large equipment in tight spaces. Additionally, you must have the physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions.
Previous experience as a Loader Operator is not required for this position; however, it is beneficial. We are willing to provide on-the-job training and support for the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
