Instrument Technician - Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. You will work with a wide range of equipment such as pressure gauges, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician
- Knowledge of various types of instruments and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems as per specifications
- Perform regular maintenance on existing equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with instruments or control systems
- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer's instructions
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
- Communicate with other team members regarding any potential issues or improvements

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. This is a full-time position but part-time arrangements can be made for the right candidate.
