IT Manager


We are a rapidly growing technology company based in Wiltz, seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team. As our IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the overall goals of the company
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our company remains competitive in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any technology needs or issues
- Create and manage budgets for IT projects and equipment purchases
- Develop disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal disruption in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively when faced with challenges
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1300 per month
