IT Manager - Wiltz, Luxembourg


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and processes for our company in Wiltz, Luxembourg. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network resources
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and propose solutions
- Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and database management
- Excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
