- Discussing with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Selecting the appropriate flowers and greenery for each arrangement
- Designing and arranging floral displays using various techniques such as shaping, wiring, and gluing
- Incorporating different colors, textures, and styles to create visually appealing arrangements
- Maintaining inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools needed for the job
- Ensuring all arrangements are completed on time and within budget
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- A keen eye for detail and creativity
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
