Our rapidly expanding online community is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the main point of contact for our community members, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content on our platform
- Ensure that all content follows community guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and helpful support
- Identify and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to brainstorm ideas for improving the community experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Previous experience moderating an online community or managing social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of various social media platforms
