We are a renowned bakery in Siauliai and we are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, such as bread, pastries, and desserts. You will work with a team of skilled bakers to ensure the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters and fillings according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings, or toppings
- Ensure all products are baked and finished on time for customer orders
- Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Train new bakers on techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
