Indian Baker in Medina - Visa Sponsorship Available

We are a reputable bakery in Medina seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and quality standards. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional baker
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Fluent in English (both speaking and reading)
- Indian nationality preferred, but other nationalities with relevant experience will also be considered

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, fillings, icings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other items in ovens or on grills
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked properly and have the right appearance
- Decorate pastries using different icing techniques
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitized before use
- Follow proper food safety procedures at all times
