Land Surveyor


We are a leading land surveying firm based in Vilnius, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and precise surveys of land areas for various engineering, construction, and mapping projects. The ideal candidate must have experience in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems and total stations, as well as strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques. This is an urgent position with free visa and ticket provided. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate surveys of land areas using various surveying equipment
- Analyze collected data to determine precise measurements and boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and charts based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring land surveys
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain all surveying equipment in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Experience using surveying equipment such as GPS systems and total stations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the country for project assignments
