Land surveyor vacancy in Vilnius Lithuania

Land Surveyor - Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Vilnius. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to land and property boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and working closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment such as GPS, total stations, and drones
- Familiarity with CAD software for mapping and drafting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information using a variety of equipment
- Compile data from surveys to create maps, plans, and reports using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring survey data
- Perform research on property records and historical documents to verify boundary lines
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by double-checking measurements and calculations
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and make recommendations for new equipment purchases when necessary

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa for work in Lithuania. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Please note that this job does not provide accommodation.
