Instrument Technician - Utena, Canada


We are a leading manufacturing company seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Utena, Canada. As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining instruments used in various industrial processes. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate new instruments according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on all instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to identify issues and develop solutions
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain inventory of spare parts
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of PLC systems would be an asset
