Plasterer for Residential Projects in Washington, USA

Our residential construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or patching to remove old plaster or paint
-Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
-Apply coats of plaster or other materials using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
-Cut and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings
-Sand rough spots after initial coat of plaster has dried
-Clean up job site after completion of work

Requirements:
-At least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer in residential construction projects
-Knowledge of various types of plaster materials and techniques
-Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions from project managers
-Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures on construction sites
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials

Preferred qualifications:
-Trade school certification in Plastering or related field
-Experience working with stucco and other specialized finishes
-Familiarity with different types of drywall installation methods
-Strong attention to detail and ability to produce smooth, even surfaces
