We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our medical team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for diagnostic testing or blood donations. You will also be responsible for properly labeling and storing samples, as well as ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during the blood drawing process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood drawing process to them
- Identify patients and verify their medical records
- Sterilize equipment and prepare necessary materials for blood drawing
- Draw blood from patients using proper techniques
- Label samples accurately and store them in appropriate containers
- Process specimens according to laboratory procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor patient reactions during and after the blood drawing process
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and staff
- Communicate effectively with other members of the medical team

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist (preferably in a hospital or clinic setting)
- Certification or diploma in Phlebotomy from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of proper blood drawing techniques and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and bend or kneel as needed
