Merchandiser Supervisor

The Merchandiser Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the merchandising team in Jizan, ensuring that all tasks and objectives are completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in merchandising and supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked
- Create and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure they are meeting their goals
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are set up correctly and products are displayed attractively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze sales data
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid residence permit for Jizan (Saudi nationals preferred)

Salary: $1500/month
