Head Baker


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to lead our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You must have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of various baking techniques, as well as excellent leadership skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and accommodation will be provided. Preference will be given to Indian candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement new recipes and maintain high-quality standards for all baked goods
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high levels of performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following proper sanitation procedures
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients
- Collaborate with other departments to create special orders or catered events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in baking techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance, motivation, and support
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards at all times
- Creative thinking skills to develop new recipes or adapt existing ones to meet dietary restrictions or preferences
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for long periods of time in a hot environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts
- Experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry shop
- Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language
