Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed plans and reports for construction and development projects. This position is based in Ar Rumaythiyah and is open to Indian and African candidates. No English proficiency is required for this contract job, but experience in land surveying is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Analyze survey data to create accurate plans and maps.
- Prepare reports detailing the results of surveys.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results.
- Keep updated on local laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure they are following the plans accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, plans, and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying.
- Strong knowledge of surveying tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
