Land Surveyor

We are a leading land surveying company based in Ar Rumaythiyah, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping of land, analyzing data, and creating reports for various construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate representation of land features
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards for accuracy and precision
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and plans
- Communicate with clients to understand project needs and provide updates on progress
- Manage survey equipment maintenance and inventory

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and CAD software
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. This is a full-time position based in Ar Rumaythiyah. Candidates must be fluent in English.
