Office Assistant - Washington, D.C., USA
Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our office and provide administrative assistance to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies as needed
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings
- Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies when necessary
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and faxing
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with a customer service mindset
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
Location:
This is an in-office position located in Washington, D.C. No remote work options are available at this time.
