Merchandiser
A reputable retail company in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong eye for detail. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, while also monitoring inventory levels and implementing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to plan product assortments and placement in stores
- Visit stores regularly to ensure that products are displayed correctly and in line with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or clearance of slow-moving items
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays that attract customers' attention
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and visual display principles
Salary: 1400$ per month
