Sales Manager - Lom, Bulgaria
We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lom, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on progress towards goals
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics analysis
- Ability to travel for work as needed
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
