Sales Manager for Indian Market in Lom, Contract with Accommodation
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve company targets. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Train new sales representatives on company products, services, and sales techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market; experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Lom (accommodation provided)
