We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Ashdod. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian cuisine with a modern twist. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall kitchen operations, creating new menu items, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist
- Oversee all kitchen staff and ensure they are properly trained and following food safety guidelines
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability
- Maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or themed menus
- Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings
- Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in an upscale restaurant setting, specializing in Indian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, flavors, and presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a diverse team
- Creativity in developing new menu items while balancing cost efficiency
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with management and effectively communicate with kitchen staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1100$ per week for the right candidate.
