Office Assistant
An established company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to join their team. This position is perfect for an individual looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office environment while utilizing their administrative skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable tasks
- Update and maintain company databases and spreadsheets
- Monitor office expenses and handle vendor payments
- Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly
- Assist with event planning as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Salary: 1500$ per month
