Waiter/Waitress


We are in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Salalah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You must have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers upon arrival
- Take and deliver accurate food and drink orders
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have accommodation in Salalah (preferred)
- Visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals
