IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company. Your main duties will include maintaining our computer systems, managing the IT staff, and implementing new technology solutions to improve our efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the company's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the company's computer systems and networks
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Evaluate and implement new technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure data security and privacy in compliance with industry standards
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for IT services and equipment
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make informed decisions for the company's technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management
- Experience leading a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience working in a multi-national organization
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
-Successful track record of implementing new technology solutions
-Knowledge of project management methodologies

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Acre, Israel
