Office Assistant - Kaunas, Lithuania
As an Office Assistant at our fast-paced and dynamic company in Kaunas, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Preference will be given to Kenyan nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the office calendar
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members
- Help with organizing company events and social gatherings
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administrative support is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
