Architectural Technologist

We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural designs and plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and collaborating with architects and engineers to bring projects to life. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, strong technical skills, and experience working on a variety of projects. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national who is fluent in English and holds their own visa to work in Siauliai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD or similar software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to gather information and oversee construction progress
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with benefits package. This is a full-time position based in Siauliai.
